Michael Sturkie
Owner, President, Chief Estimator
With over 30 years of construction experience under his belt, Mike oversees all construction operations and corporate functions of S&T Grading & Excavating including strategic planning, project management, business development, corporate communications and safety. Mike is a licensed general contractor. He participates in competitive bids, negotiating turn-key conditions, overall quality control, and negotiating financial requirements and contracts.

Office Manager
Kelly is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, marketing, business development, landfill operations, accounting, risk management and human resource, budgeting, payment applications and insurance compliance and payroll.
Adam Alexander
Project Manager
Adam serves as a field operations manager, superintendent, estimator, and laborer. He is involved in each project ensuring that every project remains on schedule, under budget and exceeds our clients’ expectations throughout every phase of construction delivering high quality projects. He has done so while working collaboratively to build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and the community.
